I entered academia at a later stage in life after having studied and worked in the fields of international relations and governmental advisory. While pursuing an MSc in Statistics to obtain some quantitative skills to use for my professional growth, I uncovered a latent passion for data science, research and teaching which lead me to become Assistant Professor at Auburn University after different academic and non-profit experiences.
